| Since 1990, Hazlett Associates has provided
search consulting services on a national basis to a number of
Fortune 500 companies as well as smaller, privately held firms
across a wide range of industries, with an emphasis on consumer
products and business to business direct marketing companies,
agencies and financial services organizations. Assignments have
included senior and upper mid level positions in general management,
marketing and sales, client services, operations, finance and
credit, information services, human resources and consulting.
The firm, is by design, a small “boutique” retained
executive search consulting firm. Our mission is to add value
to our clients’ businesses by helping them to identify,
attract and hire the best possible executive talent to achieve
specific objectives and enhance their organizations. To that
end we will accept only a limited number of search engagements
at any one time. And we choose to work with only a few clients
in any business sector. This allows us to maximize the number
of places we can look for talent, and minimize the number
of “blockages” or “off-limits” companies
often encountered by larger search firms.
More than 90% of our work comes from referrals and repeat
business with existing clients.
