- We create a detailed Position Description for each position
and forward it for your review and approval.
- We review our own database of industry contacts, and initiate
original research to identify qualified potential candidates.
- We penetrate appropriate organizations to locate individuals
whose skill sets match your requirements.
- We also can contact those desired candidates you may be
precluded from calling.
- We identify and speak with highly qualified Individuals
who are not actively “in the market” or registered
on job boards.
- We review profiles of potential candidates to determine
those individuals who are most appropriate for further consideration.
- We then interview and evaluate selected candidates
- We prepare and present background summaries and resumes
of the most qualified individuals.
- We coordinate arrangements for you and others in your
organization to conduct in-depth interviews with the presented
candidates.
- We assist, as needed, in negotiating the compensation
package and employment offer.
- Once an offer is made, we speak directly with individuals
who are, or have been, in a position to evaluate the candidates’
performance and provide a written Reference Check Report.
- Finally, we stay in touch with the successful candidate
to help ensure a smooth transition into his/her new position.
